0 IT Riehen Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 In the %TEMP% directory on the client should be a folder HdxRtcEngine which contains hdxrtcengine.log and webrpc.log. You should also provide details about VDI, CWA und Teams versions if you are seeking help here. Link to comment

VDI: 2203.0.1100.1178 CWA: 22.10.5.14(2210.5) Teams: 1.5.00.28361 (64-Bit). Citrix HDX Optimiert, installed from msi for all users. Link to comment
