willi weikum
Hi all, I'm curious how to configure e911 for WiFi. While subnets assigned to emergency locations correctly identify location for emergency call, BSSID linked to emergency location seem to have no effect. In the docs I found this statement: WLAN BBSID and {IPv4-IPv6; Subnet; MAC Address} of the endpoint where Citrix Workspace app is installed does this mean I have to link both subnet AND BSSID to specific location? our wireless network is not separated into subnets by locations how to make dynamic e911 work in this situation? There is nothing to configure on the CITRIX side, the entire feature is driven by Teams and admins need to configure it on the Teams Admin Center Link to comment

Hi all,
I'm curious how to configure e911 for WiFi. While subnets assigned to emergency locations correctly identify location for emergency call, BSSID linked to emergency location seem to have no effect.
In the docs I found this statement:
WLAN BBSID and {IPv4-IPv6; Subnet; MAC Address} of the endpoint where Citrix Workspace app is installed
does this mean I have to link both subnet AND BSSID to specific location?
our wireless network is not separated into subnets by locations how to make dynamic e911 work in this situation?
