We have 3 netscaler Citrix gateways with their respective storefront servers\stores in 3 datacenters. All Citrix gateways share the same URL which is managed by the local site DNS, but I can modify my local PC hosts file to access any of the datacenters URLs. I can open up a browser, access the gateway webpage, login and launch Citrix resources in all 3 datacenters without issue. The issue I am having is with Workspace app login on one of the datacenters. I am prompted with the following popup and any credentials don't work.
On the other 2 datacenters, the Netscaler gateway portal is launched within the Workspace app.
All NetScalers and storefront servers are at the same version. I cannot seem to locate the configuration causing the issue.
