Dan Merker
I have a Citrix ADM HA pair, running version 13.0 79.64. Somehow I became unable to login as nsroot on the cli of the secondary node, so I went through the process to reset to the default nsrecover password (https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-application-delivery-management-software/current-release/manage-system-settings/how-to-reset-password.html). Now I can use nsrecover with the default password, both from the console and ssh, and the DB shows in sync, but I can't access it as nsroot. How can I enable nsroot login access again, and sync the password with the primary node, after the password recovery exercise? I'd really like to avoid having to break HA and rebuild the secondary node altogether.
