Several of our users have started to report that the default microsoft store apps like Calculator, Snip and Sketch etc no longer work. The apps appear to start but then close down straight away.
In the event log we can see warnings relating to permissions on the ShellExperienceHost dcom but we are unable to make any changes to the permissions on the Immersive Shell component. We have tried running the ResetStoreApps process but as it stands our only solution has been to delete the users personalisation layer. This does not affect all users.
Has anyone else seen this or have any information on what the cause / resolution may be ?
We are currently using App Layering 2009 with Windows 10 1909.
We do not use UPM but we are using Full User Layers
