Start menu icons disappear

Several of our users have started to report that the start menu icons for their elastically assigned apps are disappearing and do not present themselves again following a logout.  Has anyone else seen this or have any information on what the cause / resolution may be (aside from manually creating the icons)?

 

We are currently using App Layering 2009 with Windows 10 1909.  The issue is not application or layer specific .

We do not use UPM but we are using Full User Layers

Hi Chris,

 

I have seen this few times in my  case resetting the Citrix receiver fix the problem for my users.

we have tried this but it did not resolve the issue unfortunately
