When the user disconnects, the DDC connection type is changed to the Console and maintained.

Hi guys.
We are currently using XenDesktop7 1912 LTSR version.

Physical PCs were distributed not power management - random.

When a user logs off after connecting, it becomes Disconnected in the DDC, but it remains active in the DDC if you disconnect it by clicking the Disconnect from the toolbar or the X button.

Connection type changes from "HDX" to "Console" and over time the "Active" state does not become "Disconnect".

Is there a solution?

When you created the Catalog, did you select "Remote PC Access"?

Yes, I've done everything.

Try recreating the Catalog but this time select Single-session OS (Desktop OS) instead of Remote PC Access.
