After upgrade to 1912 LTSR CU1 - Configuration logging is not supported in this version of studio

We upgraded our infrastructure from 7.15 CU5 to 1912 LTSR CU1.

 

After that i got the message in studio: Configuration logging is not supported in this version of studio.

 

So I checked the database settings with powershell and everythings seems fine. We are using SQL Express 214 SP2 and Citrix lists this version as supported.

 

How can I enable it? With the command 'Set-LogSite -State Enabled' i got this error:

 

Set-LogSite : Feature ? is not enabled.

Product editions that do not support configuration logging do not have a Logging node in Studio.
