Citrix Workspace App + Netscaler native OTP Logon

Hello everyone,

at the moment i'm using the Netscaler with otp purely over the web, now i want to run it over the Citrix Workspace App.
I can successfully login with username and password and OTP token, but after that a second login with user and password comes up (storefront).Can I turn off this behavior?

when you say Citrix Workspace app, so you mean on a mobile device such as an iPad?

 

One of the issues Apple IOS Devices have is that they swap around the primary/secondary authentication. In the "old days" when using 2FA you have to create multiple session policies depending on whether you were using mobile devices or not, and then configure whether to pass through the PRIMARY or SECONDARY credential index internally. 

 

Maybe something similar is happening?
