After fast relogin Aceess denied error message

Hello

i have issue with our 2016 servers and Citrix 1912.
sometimes we got the error message on our workspace app / receiver "access denied" after relogin to our published apps.

we think this only happens when the relogin is to fast and it doenst matter on which server and what kind of application we start.

 

we have checked the eventlog on our citrix servers and the only thing that might cause the problem is error 1000 conhost.exe

Does anyone have the same issues and know how to fix?
