Hi there - I have a Citrix 7.6 environment and running into some VDA registration issues/user log in issues. I decided to run the Citrix health assistant and found these results. The tool is recommending to do the following in my environment:
1, Time Zone redirection
Microsoft Group Policy Settings. The allow time zone redirection" policy is not set.
Citrix Group policy settings. There is no "use local time of client" policy setting
2. Citrix Hotfix Installation
Profile Management Configuration. Recommended value check. **Warning: ServiceActive actual/effective setting (disabled) does not match preferred setting (enabled)
Are these settings necessary? My main question would be what the profile management would change? Why would one choose to switch to this method of access? Could leaving this disabled be the reason why I am seeing login issues?
