NITRO_AUTH_TOKEN- Session expired or killed. Please login again

Hi All,

 

I'm using VPX (1000) and Version is 13, My issue is while getting NITRO_AUTH_TOKEN from the device. It works first time and I'm able to get the token from the device however if I fire the same rest call in next ten minutes I will not be able to get token from device and its throwing error as below

Please let me know how to fix this issue

If you view the user's settings, have you configured an idle session timeout value?

Yes, Idle session timeout is configured as 900 sec for this user, I have tried my second API call evn after 15 mins also getting same error only
