Kim Nichols Posted March 19, 2020 Share Posted March 19, 2020 Hi, When trying to install Citrix Workspace App (v. 1911) on Windows 10 Pro v. 1909 I keep getting the following error: "Installation unsuccessful. Unable to install the following prerequisites. Install them manually and then try to install Citrix Workspace app again. *.NET Framework 4.6.2 or later: Error Code: 193" The problem is my laptop does already have a higher version of .NET Framework pre-installed. Please advise what I can do to get Citrix Workspace App running on my laptop. Kind regards, Link to comment

Hi,
