Event ID 10111 The device is offline due to a user-mode driver crash on VDAs

Hello,

 

We have a multi-tenant environment with multiple DDCs/SFs and VDAs for individual customers.

We got randomly reoccurring event 10111 ‘user-mode-driver’ crash? on various VDAs, with error detail is something similar to as below:

 

The device Digital Still Camera (location TSDEVICE#0315.0001) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.

The failed device is mostly Digital Still Camera, but also seldom MTP

 

A brief of system info:

- XenApp on DDCs/SFs are diversity of 7.6, 7.12 and 7.15

- VDAs are 7.15 LTSR CU2, and 7.12

 

Could anyone please advise what would cause the issue and is there a solution?
