Sam Jacobs
There's a problem with the credential handoff from NetScaler to StoreFront. Check the StoreFront event log (under Citrix Delivery Services) for errors.

Sam Jacobs
It means that the URL of the NetScaler gateway that the user entered into their browser does not match any of the ones defined to StoreFront. For example, if your users enter https://gateway.domain.com into their browser, you need to have a NetScaler instance defined in StoreFront with the same name:

Common Resolutions to “Cannot Complete Your Request” Error Yes this seems to be the error.. as user used another URL for the gateway. i solve this issue by assign the IP address to the hostname of my Gateway in the host file of the PC.
