Both desktops are in the same site but on different machine catalogs and delivery groups. Problem: The mouse cursor disappears when the user moves the mouse over white background (e.g. empty word or excel document). It is visible when the background is in anothe color then white. Setup: Server OS: Windows Server 2016 VDA: 7.17.0.17097 Citrix Workspace Server: 18.12.0.12 (2nd hop) Citrix Workspace Client: 19.9.0.21 (1st hop) I attached a video that you can visualize the issue...
