After hours or maybe even days/weeks, findally today we solved this issue (for us)!! Following this article: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX107825 we disabled Citrix hooking in to msra.exe Our OS is Windows 10 64-bit, so we added just this regkey (as REG_SZ): [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\citrix\CtxHook] "ExcludedImageNames"="msra.exe" CHACKA!!! Thank you SO MUCH! This was driving me crazy. This fixed it for me. 2 Link to comment

0 Kyle Loos
I don't have a solution but I am seeing the same problem with Windows 10 Build 1903 - older builds do not have this problem. Tried various VDA versions but same result. I have to believe other people are seeing this. Link to comment
0 IT Accounts Payable
We are also experiencing the same issue on Windows 10 1903 with VDA 1901 and 1906.2 installed on the system. We have tried installing remote assistance again on the admin Windows 1903 build but issue is not resolved. It appears that this may be a issue with Windows 1903 more than with Citrix as it works on previous installs of Windows. It should be noted though that in my earlier builds of Windows where from the admin side where remote assistance is working, the "C:\program files\citrix\icaservice" directory does not exist. It appears that the newer versions of the VDA client or Windows are referencing a dll that does not exist on the working builds of Windows. Link to comment
