HDX Engine is not responding

Question

Got a question for you all... I'm seeing some of my endpoints getting Citrix HDX Engine is not responding. I've spent a good amount of time doing google searches and also searching the Citrix forums for this and everything I've tried has not worked. 

 

We are running windows 10 and Citrix Workspace 1905. We were seeing this issue using Citrix Reciever 4.9 therefore we went ahead and upgraded to Workspaces,

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
