I am moving our current Xenapp into Citrix Cloud Xendesktop services. We are looking to implement Remote PC Access. Since I am new to this not sure what is the expected behavior.
We are currently on the latest of everything on Citrix side including Netscaler, SF, VDAs (1906.2).
We use 3rd party Federated services for Citrix External access.
We only use Citrix Externally through Netscaler
Users are set up with Windows Hello Fingerprint sign-in on their local PC.
User access Citrix via site or through Mobile App.
Virtual Apps launches fine.
Shared Server Virtual Desktops logins in fine
But when a user launches the Remote PC Access desktop they are prompted to sign in again... expected?
Is it possible for users to use the fingerprint reader from a remote location to login? If so, is it a USB Citrix Policy to allow those devices?
