Mouse freeze issue with dual monitor setup Xenapp 7.15 Server 2016

Hi,

 

I'm having an issue with where the mouse (pointer/scrolling) freezes for a second every 5 seconds.

 

This only occurs on a HP t5740 WES 2009 thin client with dual monitor setup (VGA, Display port to DVI adapter). Receiver 3.4 is installed in the HP image.

Already tried suggestions in Citrix Article CTX206224.

 

Tried upgrading the receiver to 4.2.100 (not officialy supported on HP support site) but same issue occurs.

Tried connecting a direct DP to DP cable, but got no signal on the monitor.

 

Single monitor setup with VGA or Displayport to DVI adapter work fine.

 

Anyone seen similar issues?

Hi,

 

Already checked this. The DPi settings on the thin client are the same for both monitors.

This is a windows xp embedded thin client, so not windows 8 or 10.

Disabled hardware acceleration for both monitors, mouse issue is gone.
