unable to login to xenapp web interface

Before the web interface version 5.3 I was using in the server it was working but suddenly the error appears I have upgraded to web interface 5.4 latest version then I have configured web site to access.

In server itself, I can access 

http://fj-citrix01/CitrixAccess/auth/login.aspx  

 

but on my computer its not opening the login page 

http://fj-citrix01/CitrixAccess/auth/silentDetection.aspx

Try adding the site/domain to Trusted Sites.

 

If that doesn't work, as a test .you could try disabling silent detection to see if the issue still occurs.
