GPO problems since upgrade from 7.15 CU3 to 1903

Hello,

 

since upgrading our farm from 7.15 CU3 LTSR to 1903 with have randomly not accepted GPOs on logon to the RDS.

Users on the same RDS does not have this issue. The issue appears randomly accross all RDS in the farm.

 

The RDS are provisioned via MCS, but one RDS is locally installed and has the same issue. So I think it must be a global
issue in the farm.

 

User reports, that they do not have all application-icons in the startmenu and the IE does not have their favorites.

 

Looking in the Citrix Director of the affected user, the GPO detail page showes that not all GPOs for the user are
accepted (see picture attached).

 

Is there an known issue in the 1903 release ? I did not find any similar threat.

After disable policy-caching in GPO, the issue is solved.
