Contacts disappear from Secure Mail after last update

Does anyone encountered this issue on Secure Mail? The contacts disappear after the last updated. I tried to re-install the app and re-add the account, tried to re-enroll the device but still this happens randomly only on Blackberry Key2 so far after the last Secure Mail app update, v 19.3.5-19.

Same problem here...

The problem happens only in Samsung devices so far... One minute the contacts are in the device catalog  and the next minute they are gone....

Huawei Y7 2019 and Xiaomi Redmi 5S are unaffected... Local contacs sync works and they are not disappearing.

 

Also, export to personal Calendar does not work in any android I have tried (error exporting calendar).

In iOS, it gives the same error, but manages to export the events to the device calendar

 

I have also tried the beta version from the google play store, but still the same...

Any news on this? We're experiencing the same issues, mainly with Huawei devices but also Nokia 6.1, when we check the App Permissions for Contacts in Android Settings, the permissions are set to disabled for Secure Hub. Normally this setting is enabled on enrollment and greyed out (so cannot be changed)
