XA 7 .15 CU3 Server 2016 Full Screen LogonUI

Sometime after upgrading to 7.15 CU3 we noticed that our Server 2016 published applications now show the LogonUI in full screen mode, and there is a residual mouse cursor that is locked within the seamless app.

 

We previously used the following to adjust the size on the LogonUI:

 

Key = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432node\Citrix\CtxHook\AppInit_DLLS\Multiple Monitor Hook

Value (DWORD) = LogonUIWidth = 760

Value (DWORD) = LogonUIHeight = 800

 

This appears to no longer work in Server 2016. Server 2012 is fine.

 

Is there any way to correct this?

We don't see the full screen login UI here.

 

The residual mouse pointer was/is seen when using Legacy Graphics mode on 2016. Needed to disable that on 2016. Do not know if that will help the login screen issue or not.

Looks like another engineer enabled Legacy graphics mode and some other graphics settings on the Unfiltered Citrix policy and this was causing the problem. Would not have thought to look there but you pointed me in the right direction.

Dear All,

We have ongoing issue , We are unable to take Any of the Server via RDP from published Server desktop( Windows 2016). But same server we take RDP to other servers directly.

issue via Published Desktop(ica-tcp) not able to take rdp any servers.

No Error Message, Just connecting its struck.

 

Any server OS 2008 R2 , 2012 and 2016 Servers

 

Environment is Xa7.15 LTSR
