SCVMM Connection is "Not available"

[BFH Citrix IS]

In Citrix Director the connection to SCVMM is shown as "Not available".

The connection tests in Citrix Studio are all successful.

 

I can't figure out what the issue is here. Any help is appreciated.

• Every component is version 7.15 CU3
• SCVMM is 1807
• Hyper-V is running on Server 2016
• Firewall on the SCVMM-server is disabled

Please refer to https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/director/site-analytics/alerts-notifications.html#hypervisor-alerts-monitoring and configure alerts for hypervisors directly. I'm still not certain about SCVMM support with Citrix director, I will check and get back to you in the meanwhile.

Could you also try using SCVMM version 1903/1811/1808, these are the recommended ones.

Thanks for your reply.
I found an interesting sentence on this site https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/director/site-analytics.html:
"For example, no health information is available for System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) hosts, AWS and CloudStack."

So I will never get this information.
