Thomas Langner
Hi folks, we are in a migration step to SAML authentication. Now, we found that logging on with SAML on the NetScaler by IDP with our provider we have no client drive mapping. If we logon with the old logon point (MFA) on the NetScaler the client drive mappings works like before. VDA: 7.15. CU3 OS: Windows 7 NetScaler: 12.0.57.24 Storefront: 3.12.3000.54 (7.15 CU3 LTSR) Any clue? Thanks Thomas
Ganesh Raju
Have you configure Client Drive Redirection Policy setting? If so, please check have you blocked Drive Redirection for the specific shadow user account, LDAP user?
Thomas Langner
The connection with SAML is not treated as NetScaler connection. I modified the policy and added to map the drives without NetScaler based connection. Strange, but it works. Regards Thomas
