Failed to connect to back-end server on port 80 using bindg WSHttp

I am trying to use Citrix Group Policy Management on a server separate from the Delivery Controller.

I have everything installed for the connectivity on the backed, but now when i try to configure the controller within Citrix Group Policy I am receiving the following error:

Failed to connect to back end server on port 80 using binding WSHttp.  The server may be off-line or may not be running the appropriate service.

 

Any assistance anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.  I have tried using fully qualified name of server and IP.

Could you check whether the "Citrix AD Identity Service" & "Citrix App Library Service" is running on the Controller? If it's not, start it. If it is, try restarting it.

 

It may also be worth looking in the Windows event log to see if there's anything suspicious there.
