0 Keith Shire
Hi Arvin, We experienced the exact same issue recently (Ubuntu 18.04LTS, 13.9.1, Firefox) which was resolved at the Firewall. The connection always worked internally but not externally. So nothing with the VDA, NetScaler, etc was at fault for this particular error in our case. Regards Keith Link to comment
0 Lincoln Vu
I came to this issue after resolving the Cannot connect to "0.0.0.2 - Remote Desktop Connection" error by removing the "cacerts" and making symlink as instructed in https://askubuntu.com/questions/901448/citrix-receiver-error-1000119: cd /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/keystore/ sudo rm -rf cacerts sudo ln -s /etc/ssl/certs cacerts Then the "No CGP service CGP handshake with server failed." error comes up. The quick and dirty solution is to turn off Ubuntu firewall by issuing: sudo ufw disable Hope that helps others. Link to comment
