We have been fighting this issue all the way from 7.12 to now 7.15 LTRS. We've had a couple of support cases open with no resolution in sight. We have rpm.dll crashing and when this occurs no one can RDP or Xenapp into the server. The only solution is to reboot. The servers are fully patched and hotfixed to death https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX129229 per this. Server 2008 R2 64x. The issues occur even across different clusters, and types of hardware. We see the problem mostly on busy servers but have even seen it occur with only a handful of users logged in.
