"CRTL + J" does not open the box. Edge and others browsers no problem. Help me friends! Link to comment

Solution: __________________________________________________________ · Adding Studio policy *Exclusion list - directories* … o AppData\local\Microsoft\Windows\IEDownloadHistory o Appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows\Inetcache Then delete/rename the existing users profile so that a new profile is created for the end-user. Test again and it will be possible to download the file or else open it with the associated application. __________________________________________________________ Hope it helps. Was in the Exceptions directory: Appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows\Inetcache But there was no catalogue: AppData\local\Microsoft\Windows\IEDownloadHistory The problem was not repeated after it was added to the exception. 0 Jens Strohschnitter1709152492 Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 Additionally we had to exclude the following folder too: AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\IEDownloadHistory Removing both folders: AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\IEDownloadHistory AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\IEDownloadHistory from existing profile saved us from deleting/renaming the existing users profile.
