we're trying to upgrade a farm with 3 hosts from 6.5 to 7.1. We're getting the same error over and over again, no matter which version we choose - neither 7.0 nor 7.1 or 7.2. The only version which is working is 6.5.
When config of the installer is through and I want to start the installation, I immediately get
ERROR 12 CANNOT ALLOCATE MEMORY.
Getting the same error on all 3 hosts, with upgrade or fresh installation.

Hi there,
we're trying to upgrade a farm with 3 hosts from 6.5 to 7.1.
