Xenapp 7.14.1 published application Axapta

Hi,

 

After the latest upgrade we cant run Axapta 2009 and Axapta 2012 properly.

Lookups are occuring, progressbar not updating. Screens pop-ups are placed in background etc.

All this issues is 100% related to the latest upgrade. Im currently investigating SeamlessFlags with citrix support,but this clearly became a mess and a critical business issue.

 

Anyone else experience the same issues with Axapta published applications?

 

Running MCS with Windows 2012 R2, all was working fine in Xenapp 7.6.

Hi Anders,

 

Kindly try the following registry key at HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop

Key: HungAppTimeout

Data type: REG_SZ

Value:Milliseconds (decimal)

 

Set the value to 120000.By doing this we are essentially telling the windows not to timeout (show not responding) until 2 full minutes have gone by.

Hi,

 

Ive already suggested that in the supportcase ive created, I was experience myself with this value regarding HungAppTimeout.

Though the change wasnt needed before VDA agent 7.14.1, so this is not documented anywhere.

 

So the conclusion is that the value above solves the issue.

Hi, this is awesome, have looked everywhere for this and had also a support case for it but it seems to be fixed with this reg value.
