simultaneously reboot of 2 Netscaler MPX in HA

Dear All

i'm confusing about error i'm facing on my both MPX 14020

i've 2 netscaler in HA mode (read attached file for HA Config )

on the /var/log/nslog 

 

 

 

on SECONDARY

nsrestart.sh: Thu May 18 18:03:10 UTC 2017 : Netscaler restarting due to critical failure or explicit restart
nsstart: Thu May 18 18:03:21 UTC 2017 : startup*
 
 
on PRIMARY
nsrestart.sh: Thu May 18 18:03:04 UTC 2017 : Netscaler restarting due to critical failure or explicit restart
nsstart: Thu May 18 18:03:15 UTC 2017 : startup

 

 

both netscaler are manager by Netscaler MAS, but no task have been done for reboot or firmware upgarde

 

both MPX are v 11.1. 52.13

 

have you an ide why my both Netscaler have restarted in same time ?

 

it's a critical issue...

Is there a core dump created in /var/core? If so, you can try uploading it to cis.citrix.com and it might be able to find an issue, if not you'll need to submit the files to Citrix support to analyze the crash.

Which version of NetScaler are you running, which version of MAS, and do you have any insight/appflow data gathering enabled?

hi

version is NS 11.1. 52.13 and  MAs is 11.1.52.15

 

YES appflow is enable for Netscaler Gateway 

we have around 12 000 ICA Session by day connecting through these gateway, lot of  big log files !

yesterday evening , both reboot appears in same time

 

i've opened call on Citrix support

Citrix support reply me " Known Issue"... upgrade firmware 11.53.13 

i've also disabled APPFlow (for nsmas) ...

in few days service will be restablish from old CSG to news Netscaler

 

i'll keep you informed
