Storefront+Netscaler HTTP Callout not working

During migration from web interface to Storefront, we discovered that http callouts defined on Netscaler are not correctly working. There was an asp script on web interface that checks client IPs and redirects to an error page when the client is not from correct IP. When we put this to Storefront(3.9), we see that although we get 302 redirect in the wireshark logs, the client is not redirected to the error page. Instead, it just waits at the logon screen with hourglass turning on. 

Interesting point is, when we just write static info to asp file, like "Response.Write "User IP wrong", the user redirects successfully. 

Has anyone tried http callouts with Storefront+NS(11) pair?

The callout was working successfully when Web Interface(That is, redirection was OK when the client is from wrong IP) was in charge instead of Storefront.
