New Citrix User from home, using OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6
Citrix Viewer 12.5.0 (473188)
Server: Not Connected
When I try top open my work desktop I get the following message:
"Contact your help desk with this information. Cannot write connection file "/users/lauranyg/Library/Application Support/Citrix Receiver/Config"
Any suggestions greatly appreciated - trying to remote in to work from home
