0 Arpit Vijayvargiya
John, This is happening due to a stricter validation policy for TLS certificates that was introduced in Receiver for Mac 12.5. The documentation discusses this change and the possible resolutions: http://docs.citrix.com/en-us/receiver/mac/12-5/secure-communications.html. See the "Joint Server Certificate Validation Policy" section. Arpit Link to comment
0 Michael Wenzel
Hi, ran into the same issue today. here is how I fixed it on my Mac with OS X Sierra 10.12.3 Download the missing certificate: https://search.thawte.com/support/ssl-digital-certificates/index?page=content&id=AR1470 Double click the .pem file and add it to your System keychain. Open keychain app and search for the certificate. Double click it and change the settings to "always trust". Enter your password when asked to. Now it should work :) Link to comment
0 seb goa
Hi, I am on OSX Sierra 1.12.6 Citrix Receiver 12.9.1 (56) and I am seeing the same issue. Exact message is: "you have not chosen to trust thawte rsa ca 2018 the issuer of the server's security certificate" None of the mentioned links help. Link to comment
0 seb goa
I finally managed to find the solution. I ended up on this page: https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/392966-you-have-not-chosen-to-trust-thawte-ssl-ca-g2-the-issuer-of-the-servers-security-certificate/ And that gave me a hint to find: https://www.tbs-certificates.co.uk/FAQ/en/Thawte_RSA_CA_2018.html Then I added this cert to my keychain and trusted it.
