we are using NetScaler 18.104.22.168 with Unified Gateway and a bookmark for OWA access. The bookmark uses a own unnumbered vServer just for OWA, the bookmark does not use CVPN rewriting. The URL would be for the user https://<UnifiedGatewayURL>/owa.
NetScaler is doing SSO to the OWA Portal.
Sometimes everything is fine, but sometimes it takes more than a minute until the users seeing they inbox. Until then, they see the OWA message "Ist in Arbeit" (I think the english translation would be "is in progress".
Direct access to OWA is fast, the load / amount of sessions through the NetScaler is very low (<5 users), because at this time, it is only visible for a testgroup.
Have anyone an idea?
Could a TCP Profile fix it?
We are using also TLS ECDHE AES, and pure AES Cphers, without GCM.
Our NetScaler MPX7500 and VPX10 have these issues, both running the same software version.
