Insight center crash out of SWAP-SPACE

Hi all,

 

We have running Netscaler insight center (11.52.13). Since a couple of weeks the  webgui respond very slow.

 

When i open the console i see a lot of errors "Swap_pager_getswapspace:failed"

 

I hope anyone can help me.....

We have the same issue, i have gone back and forth with Citrix support and they recommened i update to version 11.52.13, which has not fixed the issue. I got rid of it for a little while by giving the Insight Center appliances a whopping 16GB of RAM each, but they have now come back. I have reopened the case with Citrix support and am waiting to hear back. Really annoying issue and the device itself is very useful when it works.

Just to add, we are running the appliances on VMWare.

Daniel. I've been asked to set reservations from within VMWare for CPU and RAM. I don't think this will resolve it as our hosts have plenty spare, but have to entertain them. Can you also give that a try and let me know how you get on?

The issue has also been escalated to Citrix Dev team.
