iOS ApplicationConfiguration Error MCMDMErrorDomain-12038: The app is not managed

XenMobile version: 10.4.0.116

Secure Hub: 10.5.5

 

Getting the following error pushing out a 3rd party iOS IPA. Only some users are getting this and I cannot find any difference between a user or device that has a successful install vs a failure. I can force the install by logging into Secure Hub but I rather not do that. I've also seen this error randomly with other 3rd party apps that I have tried to push.

 

"Applying setting : ApplicationConfiguration (Error MCMDMErrorDomain-12038: The app “com.my.app” is not managed. (The app “com.my.app” is not managed.))"

 

Anyone else come across this?

Bit more info on this: This error shows on the user device from the XenMobile console under "Delivery Groups". The user does not see any error on the device itself.

You may want to have a look at Apple's KB article :

Can be the issue related to ipa file and you can cross check with you app vendor.
