Hello All,


I am new to citrix.


Kindly let me know the steps and recommendation in configuring netscaler 8005 load balancing for Exchange Server 2016.


It would be kind if any could let me know how to master this product via any video tutorial.

I usually just read the documentation.

Reading THAT documentation is not going to help. As with any Citrix documentation on Exchange this one too is lacking details and contains several errors. Two important errors are not describing the Exchange 2013/2016 monitors and that the /mapi virtual directory is missing. MAPI/HTTP is the default client protocol on Exchange 2016.

Same with keepalives.. Completely missing. Exchange utilize both shortlived and long lived http connections. Do a large install (100 000 ++ connections) and look at the connection mess.. A default netscaler kills the keepalive if not manually turned on..
