Hi All,

I have a setup where i want to add a custom theme to all users when they logon 1. time

No matter what i do i just end up with the default Windows 2012R2 (Basic Theme) not even the Citrix Enhanced Desktop Experience is working..

What can be wrong?

I use loop back processing - and i have checked the Windows7LookAndFeel.exe is in the run etc..

I have also tried to set the gpo to load the Theme at first logon deleted the profile and did a relogin - no matter what it ends up doing nothing..

But no matter what i just ruins my wallpaper/theme and its always default Windows 2012 R2..

For some annoying reason the install of XenDesktop/XenApp 7.x installs a Local Policy to set the local wallpaper to the Citrix wallpaper.  On your golden image or whatever you're working on, go to Gpedit.msc and undo the wallpaper policy they set.

Remember if you update/repair/reinstall the VDA software to check the Local Policy setting.
