Delivery controller entered License grace period error Citirix 7.8

I have major issue Delivery controller not contacting license server and is running on grace period

even there is enough license and both server DC and license server are pingable

 

 

 

______on director there is alarm of delivery controller contacting failure to  license server

 

Detail of error :

Delivery Controller has expired  supplement Grace period  and license grace period started because license server was not available

 

However there is no alerts on License server from director dashboard (no error of license consumption or configuration

 

______On delivery controller there is  event id:1145

This controller has entered emergency licensing grace period because it could not contact license server (xx) ...you have 720 hour remaining before controller stops providing desktop and application session

 

 

 

 

 

I have already first reload two delivery controllers then reload license server but still same problem

 

Kindly I need urgent help :(

In Studio > Configuration > Licensing, on the right is a link to change Product Edition. Click it. Select your edition and save it. Does it help?

Thanks Carl for your respond

CTX edition is already has correct selection which  is platinum per user/device model

 

Still same error in director that controller in grace period ....even after clearing license sessions

I have noticed on event log of Delivery controller that

 

 

Citrix Broker service successfully contacted license server

 

But still Director showing Delivery controller not connected error with license server

 

Is there any way to fix issue director to get correct event ,,,I have already reloaded director server but same issue

Even if edition is correct, simply clicking OK sometimes fixes it.

 

In Studio, go to Configuration > Licensing, Edit License Server. Point to your license server and click Connect so it reads the certificate again. This also sometimes fixes it.

 

Is Director a new install, or an upgrade? If upgrade, how did you do it? There's a DirectorConfig.exe /upgrade command.

Still showing in director that there is no connection between license server and Delivery controllers

 

however in licensing portion in delivery controller console it shows 60 usage out of 200 and there is enough license

 

Kindly advice if this is bug on director or not

 

our environment :

director 7.8

Xendesktop 7.8 environment
