Our environment:

40x Xenapp 6.5 Terminal server on windows server 2008 R2 (Sessionhost only)

2 x Xenapp 6.5 Data Collector

all Servers are currently installed with HRP6.

SSL Relay configuration points to our wildcard-certificate *.company.domain

so far everything works fine

But as soon as we install the HRP7 on one of our Data collector, we get instantly an error about the SSL-connection.

as stated in the hotfix information it is new that now it supports TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2

I changed in the ssl relay configuration it back to tls 1.0 only and rebooted the server, but it stillt doesn't work

https://localhost should usually show me the untrusted certificate message but now I get the error message "Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to...."

we can't find any information at all about this issue on the internet.

It seems to be caused by the hotfix xa650r06w2k8r2x64023

Thank you for any kind of help!

seems like an unusual problem which no one has, we have now a ticket case opened to see if this helps
