Hi All,

I want to export the dedicated VDI machine names and User assigned for the VDI from the catalog in csv file, so that it can be used in the DR for creating new catalog. Is there any powershell command to do this task? We are using Xendesktop 7.6.

Thanks & Regards

Deepak Kamath

Your best bet would be using the powershell snap ins

In powershell on a ddc type
Add-pssnappin Citrix.*

I will see if I can do a rough cut for you to use in the next couple of days as I was planning on doing something similar :)

Hopefully this is what you are after, it turns out you don't actually need PowerShell as he functionality is built into the tool.

1.  In Studio click Delivery Groups on the lefthand menu

2. Right click Edit delivery group

3. Select Machine allocation tab on the left

4. Click Export list

5. Select a file name > Click Save

6. Create the new machine catalog

7. Right click the delivery group > Click Edit

8. Select Machine allocation tab on the left

9. Click Import list..

10. Select the list you exported in step 4

11. Click Apply

Your clients will now have users re-assigned to machines.
