We are experiencing issues with some delivery groups, we cannot change them.

It just a few groups that have this issue, I have attached the message from Desktop Studio. We are running app orchestration and are experiencing the same issue there, when trying to change the mentioned delivery groups.

We have also upgraded form 7.5 to 7.6 on XenDesktop and 2.5 to 2.6 on AppOrch, following the upgrade path.

Anyone experiencing the same issue or have input on this ?

could you tell me more about the DGs you are delivering? What settings do you want to modify? I could provide a script.

This issue only happends to share DG's, Private are OK.

All DG are created and controlled by AO, changes we need to do know is to create new SM-Version.

I'm not sure waht you mean by Session Machine Catalog Version. I assume it could either be just more information about the catalog that the Delivery Group or perhaps the MinimumFunctionalLevel of the machines.

Here is the script that will find the Catalogs that the DG is retrieving machines from. It will present the Name, Uid, and MiminmumFunctionalLevel of each. It will also provide the minimumFunctionalLevel of the DeliveryGroup.

Asnp *broker*
$dg=Get-BrokerDesktopGroup -Name [DesktopGroupName]

$groups=Group-BrokerMachine -DesktopGroupUid $($dg.Uid) -Property CatalogUid
$catalogs=$groups | %{Get-brokerCatalog -Uid $_.Name }

Write-Host "Results:"
Write-Host ("DesktopGroup MinimumFunctionalLevel: {0}" -f $dg.MinimumFunctionalLevel)
Write-Host "Catalogs:"
$catalogs | %{
    Write-Host ("Name: {0}" -f $_.Name)
    Write-Host ("MinimumFunctionalLevel: {0}" -f $_.MinimumFunctionalLevel)
}
