Fabrizio Maccarone
Hi everyone, I've 2 Netscaler Gateway nodes configured in HA, after upgrading to NS 11, the second node says is "NOT UP". I've done already some rebbot bu with no success. > show ha node 1) Node ID: 0 IP: 10.8.2.19 Node State: NOT UP Master State: Secondary Fail-Safe Mode: OFF INC State: DISABLED Sync State: ENABLED Propagation: ENABLED Enabled Interfaces : 0/1 1/1 Disabled Interfaces : None HA MON ON Interfaces : None Interfaces on which heartbeats are not seen : None Interfaces causing Partial Failure: None SSL Card Status: NOT PRESENT Hello Interval: 200 msecs Dead Interval: 3 secs Node in this Master State for: 1:23:54:22 (days:hrs:min:sec) 2) Node ID: 1 IP: 10.8.2.18 Node State: UP Master State: Secondary Fail-Safe Mode: OFF INC State: DISABLED Sync State: ENABLED Propagation: DISABLED Enabled Interfaces : 0/1 1/1 Disabled Interfaces : None HA MON ON Interfaces : None Interfaces on which heartbeats are not seen : 1/1 Interfaces causing Partial Failure: None SSL Card Status: NOT PRESENT I've also checked RPC section i Networking and I found that in node 2 configuration, the node 1 Source IP is set as * and is enabled IPv6, while in node 1 the source IP is set as himself (the primary node). Then i checked also with show rpcnode and I found that the hash for the password ae not the same (as in this topic http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/363960-problems-in-config-sync-nsnetsvc-not-running/). So I don't know where to start to troubleshooting...can someone help me? N.B: I'm in enviroment Production, so I cannot reboot or risk to stop netscaler services completely, so at least node1 has to be up and running as is now. Fabrizio Maccarone
Thanks to Diego from support, I've resolved this issue. He removed the 2nd node from HA and re-added it, launched the sync between the 2 nodes and...all is gone well!
David Lopez1709156416
Something similar happened to me when updating, but it was because there were unused active interfaces, once disabling them it could be synchronized again. I followed the next article https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX125720
Reinaldo Olguin
con la desactivación, se solucionó el problema de sincronizacion.
