Hello everyone,

just upgraded Citrix Command Center to Version 5.2. Everything seems to work fine, but in the new Monitoring-Dashboard (Monitoring -> Netscaler -> Dashboard), not all my managed Netscalers are displayed.

I couldn't find any setting to configure which devices should be displayed. However, even those devices not displayed in Monitoring-Dashboard are completely discovered and every other function works fine (e.g. config backup, counter polling...).

So what's the Problem?

Seeing exactly the same problem, have 5 NetScalers configured but only one shows in the Monitoring Dashboard.

Anyone else seen this, this is a new 5.2 Build 42.7 deployment.

Workaround: Re-importing NS VPX fixing issue. For HA part just re-import one NS and both will be visible.

Update: I found 2 possible source of issues:

  • Port 443 (TCP/IP) need to be open between CCC and Citrix NetScaler. (verify via telnet - easy to fix - just open FW)
  • SSL connection is not completed and comunication is interupted. (verify using wireshark - fix if needed / config Internal services - https -443 on NS)

All the best
