I found a solution, but I'm not sure I like it.....

Another thread with the same issue:

Article with a workaround:

So, I have to import a bunch of reg keys to control this function (that used to be configurable via Reciever until 3.3)?  And then it's all or nothing?  What if I'd like for my open app sessions to reconnect, just not my desktops?  There must be an alternate solution here...

I'm using Storefront 2.1 with XenDesktop 7.1 to deliver both apps and desktops.  Here's an example of my issue:

I'm a user with access to published apps and virtual desktops.  I'm currently on my physical desktop with Receiver installed.  I launch a published app.  At that point any disconnected virtual desktops are also launched, which I do not want.

How do I control this automatic reconnection to resources that I've intentionally left disconnected?

Unfortunately this didn't do it for me.  My web.config already looked like this:

<workspaceControl enabled="true" autoReconnectAtLogon="false"
            logoffAction="disconnect" showReconnectButton="true" showDisconnectButton="false" />

Still searching if anyone has suggestions....Thanks!

I agree. I think its terrible they removed workspace control for the receiver clients and only allow the workspace control settings for receiver for web. Also not that 2nd link only works for the full receiver. That will not work for the legacy pnganet receiver 3.x (enterprise).

(Xenapp7.5 in combination with Storefront 2.5.2)

Dissappointing... Citrix : HELP HELP HELP !!!

Hi guys!

Did anyone find a solution to this?

We have a customer with the need of different behavior on different stores in Storefront.

Cheers!

Is there a way to let the user decide if he wants a new session or reconnect to the existing session when he logs in on a second device?

Thanks!
