hi,

We have users that have the time zone match their location machine when they login to UK servers.

The issue is, is that when the users log off then the timezone goes back to the hypervisor setting (GMT) and we want this to maintain the timezone for the user who has the machine assigned to them.  This is so they are not affected with updates, reboot and maintenance windows etc during a working day for them.

Things i have tried so far, setting with tzutil (which works on RDP) but not on Citrix sessions.  Setting time via PS script at login but this doesn't work on the restart.

Help pls?

Have you tried disabling time sync between the VM and the host in the VMware Tools properties
