Lockups in Xenapp 7.7 published apps

Afternoon,

​My company upgraded from a Xenapp 6.5 enviorment to 7.7, been on it since about Oct. There has been a ton of lockups in 7.7, and I am unable to find a reason. I keep having to login to director to clear out their sessions because their applications just lock up and they are unable to kick themselves out. If they reboot their computer, their sessions stay active and there is nothing they can do but wait for me.

 

Are their any settings I can look at to tweak to prevent excess lockups or to help my users log off better if they try to restart their computer?

What operating system version on the VDAs? If 2008 R2, is the Convenience Rollup installed?

Thanks Carl for getting back to me. We are on 2012 r2, and are checking on the rollup installation. We had a vendor install it all for us, so are not 100% sure on it.

Carl, we were just looking on the Citrix hotfixes site and we do not see any rollup listed. Maybe becasue we are not on 08 r2?

Gotcha, well this won't apply to us since we are on 2012 r2
